At Lincoln’s Prairie Shepherds, our journey began with German Shepherds — loyal, intelligent, and steadfast companions who have brought joy to families across the Midwest and beyond. Each puppy was raised with the same care and dedication that defines our program today: health testing, ethical practices, and a commitment to placing dogs in loving homes.
While our German Shepherd litters hold a special place in our hearts, we are excited to share that our future will focus on German Shepherds and Toy Australian Shepherds, beginning in 2027. This transition reflects our passion for preserving breed integrity while offering families dogs that fit a variety of lifestyles.
